I have experience supporting people of all ages with anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, social/emotional awareness and regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and with symptoms of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar I & II. With empathy and compassion I seek to help you gain insight, develop new skills, and feel supported and empowered.
