I am a human first, and a therapist second.

I value seeing your world through your lens with compassion, understanding, and curiosity. My passion to help people live better lives, my thirst for knowledge, and my own life experiences allow me to understand how we behave, think, and react the way we do. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone has a story to tell and that humans have the innate desire to be understood, to express themselves, and to have their perspectives valued.

My experience working with children, adolescents, and adults has afforded me the opportunity to develop therapeutic skills and expand on personal attributes that are vital to the therapeutic process. It has enabled me to interact with and assist children, adolescents, adults through individual therapy on issues ranging from depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual trauma, social anxiety, anger management, challenges with social emotional learning, grief, and suicidal ideations. I utilize a blend of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychoeducation to children, adolescents, and adults.

In 2022, I received my Master of Arts in Counseling at Palo Alto University. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, and I absolutely love what I do. I hope to continue learning about people from a humanistic approach as we are all unique individuals that have the potential for growth and the capacity to change.
