An east coast native, I moved to the west coast to pursue graduate school. I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a Masters in Integral Counseling. I am a holistic and integrative practitioner with a client-centered lens who loves to incorporate somatic approaches into my work. When working with me, you can expect warmth and sensitivity. What is most important to me is following what is alive in my clients moment to moment. I am strengths based and will help you target goals, identify stressors so that we can collaborate to find solutions.
I have 3 years of experience working in mental health. Most recently I worked at a nonprofit that specializes in equine assisted psychotherapy. This year I am working at Leigh High School. When I’m not working you’ll find me walking my dog, riding horses, or taking a day trip to the beach.
