Dr. Geoff Nugent is the founder and CEO of Nugent Family Counseling Center, bringing over two decades of clinical experience in therapy, neurofeedback, and holistic mental health care. As a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional clinical counselor, Dr. Nugent specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, and complex relational dynamics.

Dr. Nugent is board certified in professional counseling and holds advanced certifications in neurofeedback and family resilience. His approach combines evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems work—with innovative neurofeedback training to address both the emotional and neurological components of mental health.

Clients describe Dr. Nugent as warm, insightful, and deeply committed to their growth. He believes that every person has the capacity for meaningful change, and he works collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that honor their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Tino Silva is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience helping individuals, couples, and families create healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives. Licensed in Nevada, California, and Arizona, Tino brings a holistic, personalized approach to therapy that honors each client's unique story and cultural background.

Tino specializes in working with couples navigating communication challenges, trust issues, and relational conflict, as well as individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. He uses evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and narrative therapy to help clients deepen connection, build resilience, and rediscover hope.

Clients appreciate Tino's warm, empathetic presence and his ability to create a space where vulnerability feels safe. He believes that healing happens in relationship, and he works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, explore emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
