Vaping & Smoking

What is Vaping?

Well, vaping is an E-cigarettes (e-cigarettes, or vaping) that is smokable, refillable or uses replaceable cartridges or containers that hold liquid that contains nicotine, solvents, and chemical flavors. When a person inhales, they are putting a negative pressure on the device that triggers a battery to heat the liquid solution, which is then atomized into inhalable vapor.

Smoking

Smoking is a hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive and activates the brain's reward pathways. Like heroin or other addictive drugs, the body and mind quickly become so used to the nicotine in cigarettes that a person needs to have it just to feel normal. People start smoking for a variety of different reasons.

The World Health Organization has officially labeled it as a Gaming Disorder, identifying the negative impact it often has on people, as it affects the lives of 3-4% of players worldwide."
